164 domain experts. Each facilitator brings deep practitioner experience to the room. No academics-only instructors. We hire people who have done the job, not just studied it.
Our facilitators are practitioners first. They come from leadership roles in multinationals, the public sector, NGOs, and owner-managed businesses across Africa and beyond. Every facilitator on our bench is selected for applied expertise in their domain and the ability to contextualise learning for the East African and African business environment.
